Default C6 Question (servo problem)

I bought a Sonnax R code servo and it doesnt fit, bore too small. I thought I had a 1969 tranny. What now, bore the hole? Forget it? How do I bore the hole? What a hassle!! Does the TCI one work on ALL tranny's?
Im looking for some advice on this.

Thanks Doug!

You need to cut the larger o'ring groove depth on the piston .007" smaller diameter . That is a figure published on here by Frank Merkl. Last one i did the .007" was perfect and piston slid in nicely.

Some early C6's i don't think the case is bored , it is still rough cast

It doesntt fit without the o ring off, the bore has approx .020 step in it, it only fits in the first inch or so then stops cause of step

Possible your c6 is a 1967? That is the way mine is, Green dot valvebody as well, and poor oiling in the back of case. Maybe might need a newer case if possible?
