Is the tire set in or mounted on a off set wheel that sticks out? What width rim? The reason I ask is if the ctr of the wheel/tire lines up with part of the fender that has the 1" clearance, the tire MAY rub if it grows. Wider rim = less growth. More info please.
It dont seem to stick out at all...Seems just right....Its a 10" rim...The center of the tire is no where close to the outside , where the 1" clearance is..I will post a pic where i reworked that area to get 1" clearance , with the tire on..
i have a 29.5x10.5S on a 12'' rim and in the front i had a .75 clearance in the front and 2 inches in the back. on the burnout and at the end of the track it was EVER SO SLIGHTLY rubbing. so i'm assuming i was even getting those tires to grow 1.5 inches.
i clearanced the front of the fender another 1/4'' and no more rubbing. so i think you got it covered with 1'' on both sides.
