Default best spark plug to run?

This may be a a dumb question but I'm not sure what plug is best for my application.I have a basic 460 marine motor.alum intake holly 600 and stock ported heads.I have autolite 25's in it now but was told it is the wrong plug and I should be running 45's??? Why? what's the difference? Is this info right or wrong?

Just me but I have always run NGK plugs. Never had a problem with these.

What heads are you running? 45's will not physically inter-change with 25's
