Default cam identification

it has ep-31 on it. no manufacturer, nothing.
i have only found 1-2 references to these on the web and that was from folks asking what it was..

it came in the 429 race engine someone was building. its unused and covered in white lithium grease. i am really interested in finding out what it is. might save 200 bones when i build this for the race truck.
