Looks like a big block Chevrolet rocker arm to me. I could be wrong however, I was under the impression that the Ford "ball fulcrum" rocker arms were cast not stamped, (up until the "sled" type).

Looks like all factory except for the retainers, but I don't see the D0OE stamped in the giude plate. Spring seat and the jam nuts are right for a SCJ. At least it is the same as my two SCJ's.

that helps, so you think the valve spring retainers are not OEM?

I have a set of sled type rockers just like that on a set of c9's.
7/16" stud adjustable, with do guide plates.

That whole spring package looks like it's new aftermarket. And the rockers look like D3 sled style that have been retrofitted to 7/16 stud. I put a jam nut setup like that on a 351M, or 400 years ago to make the valvetrain adjustable. Think it might have been a kit sold by Crane or somebody.

The SCJ stuff I had was stamped rocker w/sled fulcrum 7/16" hole and w/o the 'foot' that the bolt down D3 fulcrums had.

I believe the rockers are the same as Boss 302 and Boss 351. I agree with Carl the retainer and spring package is not OEM.

Retainers and possibly the spring cups aftermarket . Caant tell if the spring cups are stamped or machined. Machined would be aftermarket, stamped factory.
Thinking the jam nut had a piece it held down to deflect oil into the fulcrum.

That is 100 percent correct,( EXECPT RETAINER'S) and has an added jam(lock) nut on top, cj and scj use same parts , as well as spring seat cups

the jam nut were sold over the counter because the locking nut( silver) would wear out

the part num not seen on guide plates on early engine is on the under side
