Compression ratio with mix match parts

Hi, had to change the timing set on my engine so took a look inside while I dropped the pan to fix a tiny leak and flatten the oil pan rail.

Trying to find info on compression ratio (IF) the block is stock. Since idk what (if any) machining its had in its life. Thank you for any help
