460 Fox Body swap Waterpump

I have been told that there is a mechanical water pump that allow for a fan on the engine side of the radiator. Does anyone know the part number of this water pump and what applications it was used on? Thanks

Thanks

Nice install. Do you happen to know what the hub depth of the water pump you used is? Thanks

Thanks

I found this on the internet this is the measurement I am looking for: Measure from the top fan hub surface to the water pump mounting surface The industry term for measuring a water pump height is the “hub height”.

Thanks

The OEM pump you need is C8SE 8505 E,Not too many of them around but a couple of aftermarket pumps on E bay for $250,$300.If you can find a core,Cardone has a rebuild and return deal. The whole thing is not quite as easy as just the pump.Like I said, you need all the pulleys, brackets, balancer, that goes with the short pump. You also need about a 1/4 in shim on the crank spacer.I cut mine off another crank spacer and it works good.
