Body back on, motor in w/ pics and *NEW VIDEO ADDED*!!!

It has been a long road, and it's still not over yet. Tomorrow, I am hopefully gonna fire her off for the first time. I was gonna do it yesterday, but when I went to put water in the radiator, it started coming out from between the intake and head-not good. The intake gaskets were pouring water, and it leaked into the valley and the oilpan got some in it.

But it's fixed now and I let it open and dry overnight last night. Today I went over after I got off work and tried to fire it, but I had NO SPARK!!!

Just a few pics to tide you over. Just a fresh lil' 466, stock bottom end w/ recondidtioned truck rods, flattop pistons, truck block zero decked, Lunati solid cam, .557/.572 lift & 305/310 adv. duration ,C9VE-E heads, 2.25/1.76 SS Ferrea valves, max ported/polished chambers, ~12.5:1 compression, Stealth intake manifold, ProBillet dizzy, Holley 850 DP.

Check out the Bronco's web page for the whole shebang: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2107243

Lots more pics on the website, ya'll check it out if you get a chance. Let me know what you think. Also, the engine specs are written in detail as well...

If you were using the block end seal gaskets with

the Weiand intake that's why you had a leak.I had the same thing happen to me with Weiand intake you have to use silicone for the end seals.Good luck and everything looks good.

Later Mark.

^^^ Well, I didn't have to do it the first time I used the Stealth IIRC, maybe I did.

I was looking at the face of the heads where the water jackets is, and it is pretty pitted- I think that is where the water was getting through. It is all silicone'd up now and has been holding water for 2 days so far w/ no leaks. I have got to switch my battery or MSD box out tomorrow and will hopefully be able to start it.

She fired today!!!

I swapped out the MSD box and it fired after 2 turns. I only took it to around 4k since I only had the outer valvesprings in the break in the cam, but it raps super quick and is loud as hell!

Tomorrow I am going to put in the inner springs and change the oil, hopefully I can get a video...

Thanks for everyone who helped me w/ all my worries/questions!!!

I finally got a new camcorder, and figured out how to upload video.

The truck still has not been driven, still waiting on the new Flaming River steering column, and working on getting the brakes plumbed. After that, all I need is rims and tires and we'll be haulin ***...

Lemme know waht you guys think. Complete engine spces can be found here: https://www.460ford.com/viewtopic.php?p=87463#87463, first post.

Nice setup! One thing, FYI - if you plan on running it on a track, the fuel regulator on the firewall is a no-go.
