fox body rear coi-overs.

I'm looking at getting a set of coil-overs for the rear of the stang. Who makes a nice setup for the fox body? Also, what length shock and I assume a 110lb spring will work?

Here's some more info on the 3 that SD referred to.

Nice setup but your limited to the standard type shocks. It uses a threaded sleeve similar to the type used on front struts.

This one you can use any of the performance coilover shocks and springs, but it utilizes only one bolt and a tang to mount the lower mount.

This is the one I bought to put on my nephews car and I have yet to install it, so I can't comment on the length coilover to use. But it does use two bolts to mount the lower mount.
