project "2002gt-545 stroker"

Well I guess I'll start a thread that I can post the progress of my car . Most of you already know that I have a 2002 gt that I'm putting a 545 BBF stroker in it  Well right now I'm working on the engine bay . I got it down to bare metal where I'm going to be boxing it in and welding EVERY little hole . Tomarrow I'm going to start making a the fill peices out of sheet metal . Every place that there still is black is where I'm going to box in with sheet metal . Look for a ton more pictures as the build goes on

That is a very nice car. It will be killer when it is done.

Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid-in-sideways, totally worn out, shouting.."holy crap.... what a ride!"

Kewl 8)

Another project thread, I like project threads in case you didn't know   My latest project thread is on page 10 or 11 if I remember correctly. I need to ask Chris to move it to the engine build forum now that it's finished

Looking forward to more pictures and progress!

I know exactly what your thinking. MY VOTE. Trade your rolling chassis for a 99+ rolling chassis. That would be cool.

1990 GT, 347 / 76mm turbo setup OUT AND GONE!

New setup going in. Dove headed 545 with a plate kit to 400, progressive, Th400 etc. etc. etc.

I don't envy you ONE BIT  I hate body work! When I molded the scoop into my hood, my hands itched for a week!
