alternater mount

looking for a picture of how 460 alternator is mounted.got every kind of bracket out there,putting 460 into 79 ford 4x4 and having a bit of trouble with alternator

I always make my own out bolt spacers and a turnbuckle with the eyelets on the ends from the hardware store its cheap,easy and looks good.

It's an innovative setup, I like the top side but I'd be worried about the tension adjuster. If the motor moves relative to the chassis, I'm afraid the link will rip the front lug on the alternator off.

Some people can break a cannon ball, in a sand box, with their bare hands.
