well old set-up was about 7800 and its best time was 10.48...on the bottle! low 12 on the motor!(before i ported the heads) but tran issues kept me from seeing its true performance!

stock bottom end 460,with a 225-250 shot. of course intake carb headers cam and head porting!

not sure how much the new set-up is, caused im not done yet!

The heartbeat stops here!

For the car and engine including all shipping and freight for parts about $45K, will be certified to 7.50! And I still have to spend at least another $2K or more to finish it .

My pickup is up to about $40K right now and still needs about another $10K before it can go down the track in primer. I still have to buy hoses & fittings, the MFI box, fire bottles, bruno, lenco, converter, and paint. It is certified for 6.00 (SFI 25.2)

Well I was at $9,500.00 with old small block 347 11.15. Now with the new 557, front suspension, rear suspension, new trans, headers, line lock you get the picture! I'm up near $27,000.00 and I haven't even fired it up yet but I'm just days away!

Oh yeah, I steal have to update the cage do a mini tube and update the rear from 31 spline axles and Auburn Pro to 35 Axles and a spool.

Damn, why did I even look at this post
