high school high drag racing tv

has any watch that show on speed about the 2 high schools that are building 2 race cars to race each other. one school has a mustang and the other school is doing a monza. the kids build the cars. pretty good show.

I watched the first episode. Interesting concept. I wish they had that when I was in school.

We were gonna do something like that here locally, have different high schools compete against one another, then the family that runs the track got in a big legal dispute and nothing ever came of it.

my technical high school autobody and mechanics core class has a 69 chevelle that they work on and act as a "pit crew". They dont compete against other schools, just fun weekends at the track.

Everything is donated from local dealerships and mechanic shops.


Too bad i was in Carpentry/Mill and Cabinet program lol.......
