suggestion

How about make one?

When I adapted the Viper transmission to the 385 industrial 429 crank, I built a bushing that adapted a viper pilot bearing to the 385's pilot diameter. A straight bushing would be even easier.

Wouldn't take a good machinist more than 20 minutes to cut a donut on a lathe.

Do you need one for the outer or inner step of the crank? What crankshaft do you have?

I have a stock 460 crankshaft. As far as being the inner step or outer, I'm not sure. When I put a Lakewood bellhousing with the block saver on, my input shaft is only going in the bushing 1/4" I will take the transmission out tomorrow and let you know.

It sounds like you need to put one in the outer step. I have one in both steps of mine just to support the hole pilot shaft. A bushing for a 70's 360 should fit in the outer step of your crankshaft.
