Machine Shops in AZ?

Just moved from Chicago.

Any reccomendations for machine shops in Arizona? I am in Surprise (NW of phoenix). I have dealt with two so far with less than stellar results.

Looking for performance machining, rather than standard rebuild stuff.

Thanks, Kevin

Zimmerman's Racing Engines. Near 43rd Ave. and Greenway, that should be close enough for you. He's a Ford racer and does good machine work.

Joe

But it's a dry heat!

i worked the water box at our team race in march, so i saw the cars, drivers and their engines which kept coming back for more rounds.

larry's in tucson or zimmerman's in phx area.

larry's is regarded as the best in tucson, just don't forget to bring your wheelbarrel full of money. he set up my 460 heads.

gary's machine shop in tucson did a fine job on my 347.

cheers, claude
