Header question concerning Kook's patterns

I am looking for a set of headers fora BBF in a fox with Blue Thunders.
Would the flange bolt pattern for a Blue Thunder head be the same as the stock/Super Cobra Jet flange?
The blue thunders I have have the straight-"FORD" 180 deg. pattern, not the big chevy pattern.
Thanks
