Fuel pump question

I need some helping figuring out how many gph my pump needs to flow for my motor combo. The motor is a 351w small block. Bored .30 over (total 4.030), 6.200 rod length, 4.00 stroke crank. Stock heads, cam with around .500 lift, and a 600 holley. I was looking at a holley blue pump but after all the trouble I have been hearing about these I am starting to look elsewhere. I am looking at aeromotive for a pump and regulator (dont want to flood the poor thing.)

Well if you are going to up grade the motor or HP i would go as big as i can and reg it down and run a return from the reg to the tank to keep the fuel pump happy.
