Stop Light Drags

They have this at Beaver Springs and it looks like a blast!! Has anyone ever run at this event or any like it?

Never ran it on a drag strip but one of the mud drag tracks I used to run had that type of light system, forget reaction times they ain't gonna be worth squat. But it is fun and it really is about how good your reactions are instead of how good you are at second guessing the lights.

They do it at Muncie Dragway on what they call their "Fast & Furious Fridays". They run this deal once a month & have a burnout contest, bikini contest &, a car audio contests. Monsterbaby is right about the reaction time thing....more for effect I suppose. This is usually the night all the kids come out & find out how fast their car really isn't. The bikini contest usually gets out of hand though & that makes it all worth while. Skin to win if you know what I mean...
