The Best fix for this problem is 2, 5 gallon buckets one thief 2 sacks of sack crete and some water

Make thief stand in buckets one foot in each

pour water and sack crete in and mix thouroughly have him stand in place for the mix to dry.

after mix is dried help him in a boat and take him Fishing in a really deep lake or Ocean find the deepest spot and push him over board,

turn boat around and go back to shore and load Boat and go home...

END OF PROBLEM

Haha, Both of the ideals above sound like good ones. I would say an A$$ kicking is in order and I would get my sh!t back. Someone needs to teach this doushe a lesson.
