House Value Chart over the last 100 years

interesting. Explains why the market has to correct itself.

What do they consider a "standard" house?

The content in houses has gone up substantially over time, so kind of tough to get an apples to apples comparison.

Kind of like cars, I realize $30k for a new car is rough, and very expensive when compared on an adjusted rate to a car from the '70s...but '70s cars didn't exactly come with airbags and every other electric *** scratcher under the sun like most cars do now.

It is based on average houses. i.e. sq ft, number of bath, etc.

btw where can I get one of those electric *** scratchers?
