Enough with the rain already!

I'm pissed! I spend all this time building the car I always wanted to build but could never really afford to build until I got older, much older, and now it rains. It's been raining here just about every day now since I got the car painted and ready to go. This totally sucks, big time.
I'm so mad about it I made a short video, just to keep from going nuts.

Doug,

I know what you mean, it has rained the last 4 of 5 weekends. We need the rain but why can it not rain during the week and not the weekend.

I look forward to seeing your "Stealth" machine go down the track.

yes.. rain.... well i still have this disaster in my back yard. Its the truck I bought to use for my 4x4 puller, in the meantime i thought it could haul a load of bricks and busted up concrete for me.

Doug,
I drove 280 miles last weekend and only got to make 2 passes due to rain.
I was looking forward to a race at Silver Dollar Raceway in Reynolds GA today, but it rained out!
At least the track owner decided to call the day off...before I made the tow and burned the fuel.
Look on the positive side. You will have beautiful, healthy grass that you will have to MOW.
Stay dry....

RLK just called. Asked me if I wanted some rain. I said Hell Yes, we're several inches below average. Now, we just have to figger out how to ship it economically.

Some people can break a cannon ball, in a sand box, with their bare hands.

Send it up here Doug. We've had less than a quarter of an inch all spring, and it's getting pretty desperate around here.

Doug, how long would it take you to get to Darlington? We had a real nice TNT / Grudge race there tonight. Several cars, great weather..

1990 GT, 347 / 76mm turbo setup OUT AND GONE!

New setup going in. Dove headed 545 with a plate kit to 400, progressive, Th400 etc. etc. etc.

It's about a 3 hr drive, can't afford that right now. The trip for the Bash is going to put me in a bind. Mike got us permission to use our local track on the off days, but it just needs to stop raining .

Understandable. Im not going to make the bash AGAIN this year so I know what ya mean. If you ever make it up to Darlington or Fayetteville or anything lemme know.
