The New Toy

Since I blew up the BBF on Friday, I did this on Saturday. It should keep me entertained while I'm rebuilding the Mustang. Got the frame for free and the bike for $250. Seemed like the perfect combination. I plan on bracket racing it next year.LOL

"This week on American Chopper......aah.....I mean American 4 Wheeler"...........

Looks like an interesting project. How much of a power & engine size increase are we talking about here vs the factory 4 wheeler engine?

Stock 250cc 2 stroke engine was maybe 45 horse. GSXR 600cc engine is about 100 horses.

Stretch it, stretch it far!!!!!
Wheelie bars are a must.
I have a 660 Raptor thats now a 686, been widened in front and longer in the back.
It will still stand up anytime you jump it in the first three gears.
Good luck and be safe.

What do you mean I cant spin it like a small block?

It will be getting wheelie bars for sure. It will mostly be for the local 1/8th mile dragstrip. I'm hoping for low 7's or high 6's.

I want to see your motor carnage! What happened? I've just got my e85 setup lined out and was thinking of doing a turbo setup.

Oh yea, I hope you have some leathers.

All that happened is the line going to the MAP sensor blew off when i turned the boost up to 14psi. It burnt the #4 piston. I called today and priced a new one but since I have custom pistons I have to order at least 4. I'm thinking about ordering 9 and doing a spare engine for next year.
