Anybody know how to post a viedo from a camcorder ?

i've done it from our digital camera but not from the camcorder before i want to post a viedo of my nitrous run last sunday.

No not quite like that there is a port that we never used before i'm lookin for the book on it now.

If it has a 4 pin firewire cable, you can just plug the 4 pin into the camera and the other 4 pin end into a laptop or a 6 pin end into a desktop. My camcorder auto rewinds and then transfers the video onto the computer. It is a slow process as I have found the only way to do it is to play the video at regular playback speed. After it copies to the computer, I edit it with Windows movie maker. It tends to break the footage into many scenes which helped with the editing a bit. After I am done with editing I always click the "publish to this computer" button so it will replay in windows media player instead of always trying to reopen in the editor. I have only been playing with it for a few weeks so I hope someone with a bit more experience speaks up.
