I would have to see some more pics, but that isn't all that much if the engine is fresh, and the paint is good. That isn't too good of a picture though. I am sure he would take less, but that is a starting point. Not a bad looking piece though. What is scary is you can't buy too much for that kind of money anymore! I mean I bought my 70' Mustang Fastback back in 97' and I think I paid like $4000.00 for it, but now it is worth tripple that if it were in the same condition it was....

I get a kick out of these guys that watch Barret - Jackson and think that the stuff they are selling should bring the same huge prices...

You are right Bill they don't realize how emaculate the cars are that are bringing that kind of money. They think if they rebuild the engine and put nice paint on it surely its worth as much.

Guys I was just saying that it might not be worth $15k but he might start there and end at $11K and it might be an ok deal. That was my point!

i personally dont think the truck is worth more than half the asking price even in perfect shape. its just not rare enough or sought after enough.

just another dual quad 545 :-)

I paid $50 for a similar one ton. New (used) 352, a clutch, and a can of paint later it was my tow rig for 2 summers. Mine was much cooler cause it had the 17" duals, trucker style fenders and mud flaps, the gooseneck/5th wheel rails, and the trucker girl decals in the back window.

Despite what you've heard, opportunity does not knock
