Puller required to remove steering wheel on a '66 Fairlane?

Broke my steering wheel horn ring while I was getting my car onto a trailer Since wheel was in pretty bad shape regardless, I ended up picking up a stock size wooden Grant wheel (15".) Came with proper installation kit for my year. However, I'm not sure if I will need to pick up a cheap puller for it, since some of my previous cars did not require one to remove the wheel. Hopefully someone that has done this before will chime in.. TIA

If you don't want to buy something get's used very little, most of the chain stores (Auto Zone, etc) have a loan a tool program that includes a puller. Just pay a small deposit, borrow it and return to get your deposit back.

Unless you are real lucky, you need a puller.
