Help on replacing heater core in a 85 Ranger

Where do I put the heater core in my ranger?

In the plastic case in my engine compartment or under my dash?


Do I have to hook up the hoses correctly or what?

Should tell u in a repair manual if its inside i think in the box under hood is the condenser, Bill

Derek them heaters are nice I had to put one in my 86 and like to never found the right heater core for it.It has a high output heater nobody carries it had to order it then it was wrong.Leaving at 6:15 every morning makes for some cold rides with out it.
