Does Altitude Have An Effect On Engine Dyno Figures ?

Hi, Hoping Someone Can Answer That Question For Me, Say You Dyno An Engine Where It Has A Low Altitude And Dyno The Same Engine Where It Has A High Altitude What Do You Think Will Be The Percentage Of Horsepower Difference?
