Does anyone know where I can find plans for building a homemade flow bench? Thanks.

One way...

Ford mass air meter.
12V power supply.
Voltmeter.
Lookup table.
Shop Vac or electric leaf blower.
Various fixturing and gauges.

Use the meter to measure air mass and compare air mass directly.
