I was in ford heaven

I made the trip down to kentucky to finally meet the good ole boy's of LEM CHARLIE and PHILLIP OAKLEY, and i have to admit we came home very impress. We met lem first at the ford dealer ship, and we where off to jet boat bob's garage. That has to be one of the cleanest garage i ever been in WOW. Talk about big block ford's on engine stand's i could off stayed in that garage all the time i was there very impressive. Then we went to the machine shop to catch up with charlie evan's and that place was just as impressive as the garage, talk about clean they have there act together. Of course lem was giving charlie a few friendly jab's and charlie just shrug it of like he was use to it i had to laugh. In my opion those two guy's are a class act and they are workoholic's. Lem spending time with us going over the A460 block's and other conversation pieces that were laying around that was cool. And charlie taking time to go over all the big ford cylinder head's and breaking them down for us, joe is still raving about that charlie you are DA MAN. Then it was off to dinner where phillip oakley join the party talk about a gentlemen with a ton of knowledge we thank you for spending some time with us, and look forward to see you again. We learned alot for the short time we where there and we had a 16 hour ride to talk about it, me and joe thank you for every thing and look forward to seeing you guy's in the near future. bz

The Pleasure Was All Ours

Bobby,

We enjoyed having you and Joe down here for a visit. We also appreciate your business and sincerely thank you for it!

I know that you & Joe had the rare opportunity to look at and get your hands on about 8 different brands/styles of BB Ford cylinder heads. It is advantageous to get them all lined up side by side like that, so I'm happy that we did.

Wish you could hav stayed longer and witnessed more dyno pulls.

On behalf of Lem, Phillip and myself, we thank you,

Charlie Evans
