Thoughts on my smoking habits...
Personally I'm not a heavy smoker, at least I don't consider myself to be. I don't smoke every day. I smoke mostly on Monday nights, which is bowling night for me, and on the weekends. I smoke about two packs a month, though sometimes if I'm really stressed I'll smoke more and other times cigarettes just don't appeal to me and I may go a week or two without smoking at all. I don't really want to quit, as I enjoy the occasional cigarette, but I do want to keep it in moderation.
I do have a sort of pact with myself. When I get another girlfriend I will quit. As it stands when I go out womanizing or get together with any of my close female friends I don't smoke at all that day, as I don't want to smell or taste of cigarettes. So when I find a keeper I'll most likely quit for good.
Heck, as it stands I've cut back a lot the past couple weeks as I've been more active. I've been excercising to get in shape for Krav Maga (fighting style/technique). My buddy teaches hand to hand combat to the local police and my other buddy and I are going to go to the classes and pair up to learn this stuff. I also enjoy climbing mountains (so far Mt. Washington and Mt. Haleakala) so I gotta have good lungs for that.
So yeah, to better myself I have cut back a lot and will keep it minimal. My goal is for it to be an occasional indulgence.
