Question about non-BBF fuel injectors and the impedance.

I got the crazy oil problem under control, it ended up being some loose rockers. Now the TBI on my engine seems to have issues, my gas mileage droped from 19.7 to 13.9-15.8.

I tested all sensors and the only thing left is the knock sensor and the injectors. My manual says the injectors should read at 1.16-1.36 ohms but I am getting 1.6 and 1.8 ohms.

What happens when the impedance is to high? Could this be why it is dumping fuel? It dumps a bunch when I first start it.

Make sure your ohmmeter is truly at zero when shorting the leads together. Nothing like some external "system" impedance to screw up your readings and make you condemn something that's perfectly ok...
If you can, check your meter against a known standard somewhere in the 2 ohm ball park...
