Best ATF? What is everyone using?

Just changed from a C6 to a Glide. What should we run?

I used to run Valvoline Type F. Stinks right out of the bottle & I was changing it every 15-20 passes. Talked with Craig at Coan transmissions. He built my PG & convertor. He says they recommend Amsoil Universal ATF. Not the Amsoil racing blend. So this season I have switched. Haven't run the car enough to report on. I do think the trans was running a little cooler since switching.

I like the NAPA type F, change it every spring, my tranny guy likes the look of the insides when I have it serviced every other winter.

Big Broncos for life!

I guess everyone else either runs a manual or they don't know what the mechanic put in their transmission when they had it serviced. Redline Synthetic it will be in mine. Thanks 588.
