C6 tranny question

I have a full manual C6 behind a 550 hp bbf. I have an H servo that I notched the first (smaller) piston. From what I was told, this effectively increase the piston size. As part of this mod, I am going to tap and plug the hole with an 1/8" pipe plug.

I currently have an 'A' arm. Considering the piston mod, which lever arm should I get (A through F)?

Have a good day!

Is that an aluminium piston or molded rubber? With a large apply just about any lever will be fine. Just have to watch though the high leverage arm and a big apply area can crack the case at the band adjuster.

It is a modified aluminum piston-- I notched the first (smaller) piston. This means the hydraulic force is now against the 2nd (larger) piston.

Have a good day!

I ended up putting a "B" lever arm in it.

Second gears seems to hold good.

Have a good day!
