Don't know of anyone who rents enclosed car haulers. If you can't borrow one from someone, the only thing that comes to mind is U-haul open trailers...

Aaron,
I've never seen an enclosed trailer for rent, you proably have to get one from a friend. Depending on diesel cost by then I was considering making this trip myself, when is Carlisle?

I have it on my calendar on June 2nd. 3rd. and 4th.
I can come up with a open trailer but weather would be a concern

There is a Featherlite trailer dealer near me in NC that will rent an enclosed trailer. he will even rent a horse trailer. I would check around some of the trailer dealers near you and ask them if they would rent you one.
Won't cost anything to ask.

Garage
There is a place in Manassas VA that rents enclosed trailers for about $150 for a couple days ($42 per day). Not in your area though...
