1993 RV flooding

I have a 1993 ford Rv the 460 in it was running perfect then it sat in the cold for only 1 month now plug number 3 and 7 are flooding bad I replaced the injectors and the pressure regulator but still way to much fuel just in those 2 cylinders theres no cam or crank sensor so in stumped any help would be highly appreciated thanks?
