Re CJ steel rods

I have a SCJ 468 that has factory steel rods with ARP bolts.
how much HP can these rods take at 6500 to 6800 RPM.

With the earlier FRPP 514 Ford crate motor using the older CJ aluminum A429 heads there was a problem above 625 horsepower and the piston speed of the 4.3 stroke over 6,800 rpm.

The beam of the rod would bend sideways slightly about an inch below the pin and the rod would eventually break.

Eagle H-Beam rods for a 2.500" pin were used with a .990" I.D. rod bushing, (instead of the standard 1.041" diameter), to cure the problem.
