Headers for 520 Build

Hello 460 ford Forum.
Question: I am building a 520 with Jon Kasse P-51 heads. Brought Hooker header (HOK-6201-1HKR 2 1/8), instructions states that you will have to cut a hole in the fender for just the number four on the passenger side. Has anyone done this before and if so, how hard was it. Please provide all pro and con to this project.
Thanks, mggarner

Are you asking if anyone has cut a hole before. Sounds kind of straight forward. Put the headers on except the one goin through the inner fender, then mark where it would go and get a hole saw and cut it out.

i'm about to purchase these headers! i was contemplating on getting the smaller headers so i didn't have to do this but they are the ame price as might as well have that 1/4 more breathing room and better ET.

once you do it, let me know cuz i can cut correctly as well.
