looking for advice on engine build

So before I start spending a lot of money on this build I want some good advice I am looking for between 650-700 hp for a pulling truck I will be using a d1 block with 4 bolt mains .30 over and the other little typical things. I have some c8ve heads and a set of forged arias flat top pistons probably some h beam rods stock 460 crank balanced and everything I'm thinking get the bigger valves and port the heads victor intake maybe? Solid roller cam some nitrous not sure how much yet looking for advice if these heads would work and if the pistons I have would work and for your sugestions on everything else before I spend tons of money thanks
