Solid Cam / Lifters / Timing Chain: S-O-L-D

New and unused CompCams solid cam and lifter kit. (SOLD)
Includes the following:
  • Grind # 34-342-4 Valve lift = .605/.605", [email protected]" = 248*/248*, LSA = 110*
  • Solid lifter Set # 833-16
  • stick lubricant

(SOLD)

This kit sat for awhile and received the slightest bit of surface corrosion on the cam journals, which wiped right off with some fine steel wool. There is only some color stain remaining and this does not affect the operation of these components in any way whatsoever. (Anyone that finds this bothersome for some reason, please don't consider purchasing.) Summit sells this kit for about $220 shipped to your door; I will sell this kit for $160 shipped anywhere in the lower 48 contiguous United States. (SOLD)

New and unused CompCams timing chain set. (SOLD)
Includes the following:
  • Chain and gear set # 2122
  • (Steel gears)
  • Triple-keyed crank gear for advance/retard capabilities.

(SOLD)

Summit sells this timing chain set for about $75 shipped to your door; I will sell it for $50 shipped anywhere in the lower 48 contiguous United States. (SOLD)

FE Rex: I left message today with the inital interested party and am waiting to hear back.

smith.5316: You are in line behind FE Rex. To answer your question, this camshaft is a huge step up from a stock cam of any year and wouldn't work in a bone stock 1977 engine, if that's what your thinking...
