547 Stroker Kit for sale

Ford 547 Stroker kit for sale
4.300 stroke X 4.500 bore.
This kit makes 547 cid


Everything listed is brand new in the boxes. They have only been out of the boxes for machine work and clearance measuring assembly.

Scat 9000 crank, 4.300 stroke, 2.200 rod pins
Balanced with 2 slugs of Mallory metal. Bob weight - 2288
Wiseco custom flat top race pistons 4.500 bore
Pistons weigh 578 grams, .990 dia. pins, 1.360 comp. height, valve reliefs cut for the new FRPP / Kaase aluminum SCJ heads (M-6049-SCJ).
Rings are Speed Pro file fit, Plasma-Moly, 4.500 in. Bore, 1/ 16 in., 1/ 16 in., 3/ 16 in.
Scat H-beam Rods, 6.800 length with Clevite77 bearings and ARP 8740 rod bolts.
This rotating assembly was balanced at Roush Racing
No main bearings included with this kit.

This kit, with the Ford Motorsport 72cc SCJ heads (M-6049-SCJ) and .010 piston to deck clearance, will have a 12.6:1 compression ratio. All parts have been fully inspected and prepared for assembly. This is a very nice, higher end stroker kit made of hand selected componentry.

The FRPP heads? Is that the Kaase designed CJ heads?

Yes, they are. They have a different valve pierce point in the piston's top verses the regular OEM production DOVE or DOOE-R heads.

The valve pierce point for the TFS Street, Edelbrock, Blue Thunder, A-429 and etc. are the same as the factory cast iron heads.

You need to start bugging Damon to buy this. I think his A460 block will be lonely without it! It's certainly a great price for a balanced assembly....

No. An aftermarket block is the best bet for a 4.500 bore.

Would like too but the pistons won't work with my heads :?

Plus I'll be using my 6.8" rods

However I do agree that It's a good deal for a balanced rotating assembly!
Wayne you may have to break it up in order to sell it. The pistons will work with a 6.7" rod and 4.5" crank to make a 572
