HP 429 cylinder block needed

Does anyone have an HP 429 cylinder block for a Boss that they could or would part with? Or does anyone know of a block for sale anywhere? Thanks for your help in advance......

HP 429 cylinder block needed

Yes, I have a block that has seen better days. I am looking to find another one that is in better shape than mine. I will probably have to end up using my block, but if I could get a different (better) block it would save me a lot of time and headaches. I am a reasonable person and I do know what these things are worth. I am willing to purchase one, that is if someone out there has one that they are willing to part with. Thanks in advance for any help.

What's wrong with the block you have? :?:

Some people can break a cannon ball, in a sand box, with their bare hands.

scj block and boss

The boss has several differant casting with mostly little changes. It is the only one with a front four bolt main and has thicker decks and more meat everywhere, also it has special oil passages and screw in freese plugs. I imagine it would weigh quite abit more. This is from what i have read , i doubt if i ever see one in person, rare,,,,, ED
