1969 Ford Thunderbird Landau -2 door, 429 T-jet....sold!

SOLD SOLD SOLD

Iím looking to sell my 69 T-bird. Itís certainly no show car, but a nice entry-lever driver to tinker with and cruise around.

Good:

Solid body & chassis
Almost 100% complete
Good running 429 thunderjet (11:1 compression, 4-barrel, 360hp stock!)
Good working c6 trans
Brakes work great
All stainless trim is in great shape
Flip up headlights actually work

Bad:

Paint has some scratches and blems here and there
Drivers seat has a rip in it
Drivers side door glass needs put back in
Exhaust has a leak from dinged pipe
One headlight burnt out
Has some rust bubbles under the vinyl roof

Car fires right up the first timeÖand drives anywhere. Would make a nice winter project to repair the odds and ends.

Must sell, asking $1800 OBO

Car is located 45min southeast of Pittsburgh, PA

Email [email protected] or pm me here.

Thanks

ya'll better jump on this, i traded my 71 t-bird landau for a mustang and a newly rebuilt full roller 460 (5,000 in parts alone) so this is a steal at 1,800 bux... i was asking 6,500 for mine with worse paint, i had plenty of offers but the mustang/ motor combo took it.

I had a 67 about 8 years ago. Love that body style. I'd probly still have it if I hadn't been rear ended at a red light by a full size van. I'd concider getting it if I didn't already have too many cars. I've already got 2 friends each storing a car in their garages for me, plus 2 in my garage and 2 in my driveway. I think I have the buying cars thing down pretty well, one day I'll have to learn to sell them. :?
