Nascar 429 Boss Buddy Bar intake LIKE NEW!!!

I am selling a VERY RARE piece of Race history. This intake is LIKE NEW and has NEVER been drilled for heads, this is the lower only, I do not have a top for it, but it has NEVER been drilled or boltsed on. It has the Buddy BAr casting on the underside and these were ONLY built for Raciong so there are no numbers on it. It fits a Boss 429 motor and may possibly fit other 429's not for sure. But it LOOKS EXCELLENT.
THESE ARE TRULY HARD TO FIND and there are a Couple on EBAY for $2,500-$3,000

$2,400 Shipped to lower 48

are you insane? this thing has not even been finish machined! it is a raw casting unless you have the facility to finish cut it, it is useless...

Oh welcome to the Auction block....

Good luck. Another member had one on eBay a few weeks ago that is near mint with the casting #'s and the correct # lid. It only made it up to about $800. The ones you see on eBay right now that are "selling" for $2100 are being re listed every time. But hey, I have one also and I do hope they start selling for what you want. Seems like the price has been coming down on them lately?

This one on ebay looks just like your intake. It is listed by "bowtiepony".

You're right, they do look identical. What's the odds?

He comes on this board and makes two posts, both of which are in the Auction Block, then proceeds to put a price on the intake that is $450 higher than you could buy it on ebay. I'd say he's really starting out making friends on here.

Joe

But it's a dry heat!

Joe I was just making the statement that it is an unfinished intake and for the Way over the top price he is insane, The way I see it, it is worth about $200 in unfinished state...I see a bunch of these unfinished intakes and they were all bought for an auction in a Lot (pile of parts) sell and some of them made it out to the public and they are worth nothing unless you have someone or the facility's to finish it........

I was just saying that it is the exact same manifold on ebay, not one just like it, the same one. He wants $450 more for it on here than he does on ebay for the "buy it now" price.
