Herbert Roller Lifters BBF, Moroso Pan & A460 598 Rods & Pistions

I have a set of new roller lifters. I started the motor for just a minute and didn't like my rocker arm geometry. Herberts are about .050 - .100 shorter than Comp. These are like new and I would keep them but I've upgraded to the SVO A460 Blocks and because of the extra material for 18 Head bolts the bars are permenatly linked so you can't take them apart to install them. These fit stock DIVE blocks and are like new.

I also have

Moroso Chassis Pan # 8qt

Eagle Rods 6.800 & JE Flat Top Pistions ( 598 ci ) A460 / EX 514

I'm not sure how to post pics yet so send me an email if you would like pics or tell me how to post. [email protected]

I'm in Novato Ca 94947

Thanks for looking

Dave

Dave i think if you are putting the bars to the block side you are wrong, they should go to the open valley side. mine clear the A460 block just fine........

The cross bars are well above the lifter housing on the Herberts. The Comp cross bar is located at the top of the housing. Send me an email an I will send you a pic & clear it up for you.

Thanks

Several years ago when I went to drop them in I thought there was an issue. All of my motors are together right now so it might not be the first time I was mistaken

Just wanted to be safe if it was the case. I'm not trying to take advantage of anyone.
