I need to move this car. 1972 T-bird

I still have not had any time to work on this, and I probably never will.

1972 T-bird. 429 engine. Interior is pretty much shot. Crappy paint job, but looks presentable. It's been sitting so long, that at the very least I need to charge the battery and clean out the carb. Car should run after that. I still would not recommend you drive it a long way before you give it a good look over.
Body very solid. The car had a leak from the shift shaft.

I replaced the stock carb with an edelbrock (1406 I believe) still needs a bit of tuning. Stock ignition replaced with HEI.

I'm in durham, NC, email: hendrikdejong(at)yahoo(dot)com

Pics here: http://s230.photobucket.com/albums/e...T-Bird%201972/

I have a spare set of heads off a 1973 (less detonation prone)

$1000, or trade for titled dual sport motorcycle.

Let me know if you need more pics of specific items.

Sure is lonely in this thread

Carb had a stuck float, cleaned the whole thing out. Car starts right up.

Come on guys, throw me some offers or wacky trade suggestions.

Car has clean and clear NC title.
