Ring set needed - particular part #

I am running Probe 10661 slugs in the engine I'm building, and all I'm waiting on is rings to assemble the bottom end. According to the Probe website, I need Perfect Circle part # 315-0025-060. I can get a set of rings through my machinest, but he wants $175 for the set he says I need He's usually cheap on parts but I figured I'd try and try to save myself some money and look my self; glad I did...

Coast High has the 315-0025-060 set for $141 shipped, so I figured I'd see if anyone on here has this set - or one comparable to it - so I can get this thing thrown together. I'm not looking to save money over Coast High, I'd just rather send my money to support those who support this site and all (like myself) who milk it for every last piece of knowledge its worth

My engine is a 0.060" over 460 w/ forged Probe SRS pistons, about 12.5:1 compression, and will see about a 250 shot sometimes (only during sled pulls, the VERY occasional dragstrip run, and maybe just some spirited driving...)

I am ready to purchase these NOW , I just need a source.

you should try getting a hold of Lem he is a probe dealer and usually has a lot of parts on hand. On top of that his prices usually beat everyone

Most rings of that size are about $126-129 + the ride . If you get the hard nos top ring they will be some more.

I am assuming they are going to be file-fit deals? That's not a problem, I just want to know what I'm up against. If they are, it'll be my first time fitin' em like that

Can't wait...
