what is the part number of this pan, is there any dents, scrapes or gouges, and do you know if it will fit a 69 torino chassis?

Only number on the pan is 940505. I bought it for my 69 Mustang but sold the car. It does have some dents in the very bottom of the pan, not really sure why. It was like that when I got it.
