I got 2 new set of those springs 99874 & 1 new set of 99875 , the 99874's are green strip . looks that yours are blue .

That's the box they were in and that's all I have to go by as far as part number is concerned. And I don't know what to tell you about the stripe color. I can say that I tested these springs on a spring tester and recorded the spring rates, and that's what's most important to know as far as application...not necessarily color or part number (although without the spring rates the part number by itself might be misleading indeed).

They are brand new.

Interesting update: The 1980 catalog lists the 99874 as green stripe; the 1983 catalog lists the 99874 as blue stripe. Then there's this guy I know that has several sets of 99874s that are much newer than that and guess what? Red stripe.
