548 iron cj engine for sale

I'm listing this for a friend,
548 big block ford complete engine for sale
short block was from cars by carl
Iron cj heads ported and bladdered by mpg
copied and pasted from carls web site

ultimate fighter short block
-Choice of 501 to 557 cubic inch displacement
-Fully prepped factory block (checked for cracks, bored, honed and decked)
-Rotating assy dyamically balanced
-All critical clearances checked and set
-Forged 4340 crankshaft, internal balance design
-Forged 4340 rods with ARP bolts, choice of H-beam or I-beam design
-Diamond Racing Forged pistons, flat tops or any size dish at no extra cost
-Diamond Racing File fit moly rings
-King HP main bearings
-King HP rod bearings

This engine is a 548cid flat top pistons
we had some issues with the cam bearing and converted the block to roller cam bearings.
custom oil pan
comp custom solid roller [email protected] .753 lift on a 120 lobe sep. single pattern(vacuum class cam)
comp lifters
jomar girdle
edelbrock dual plain performer rpm
Engine was dynoed in Carrol Ia. and made 697 [email protected] 663hp @5400
This engine was only mud raced (no bogs only fast track) two seasons and built to pull 17'' of vac @ 1000rpm and had to run a dual plain intake. His son changed jobs and they no longer have time to race anymore. I can answer any details about this engine but you will have to call the owner about purchasing 402-981-2329 He is asking $6000 obo and is located in Omaha, Ne

what are the casting numbers on the block and is it 2 or 4 bolt mains. Thanks Rj

prosystems 4150 1000cfm theres a lot more power left in this engine but with the rules is had to meet killed the top end.
