Falcon Gasser

Time to move on to other things.

This has been a race car for over 40 years and newly rebuilt.

1961 Ford Falcon, all steel car with lexan windows. Every nut and bolt has come off and the car is 100% rebuilt. New CM 10 point rool cage. 383 roller SBC with 4 bolt mains and RHS heads, 13.1 cr, tunnel ram with two Quick Fuel carbs, T400 trans with brake and cooler built by Racer Brown in Ventura CA. Aluminum drive shaft in to a new Ford 9 inch, full spool and 4.86 gears, new axles and wheel studs.

New carpet inside with metal flake door pannels.

Car runs 10.50s @130 all day. With more left in the car.

$15,000

AHHHH YES, the old BOWT(i) anchor!
That's what we use them for around here.

Four sons & three 1969 mustangs, Life is GOOD !!!
My biggest fear is that when I die, my wife will sell all my cars & race parts for what I told her I paid for them !!!

Thanks.

Dang, fellas.......take it easy on a guy. Very cool car. The engine isn't my first choice, by any means, but to each his own. There's all kinds of different stuff on this site for sale, I didn't see anywhere in the rules that it had to have a BBF in it (beside that, think of all the cars using powerglides, TH400s, HEI distributors, etc.). Maybe come up with a price without the engine and trans if you'd be willing to sell it that way, and might get some more positive feedback and potential customers on here. I dig the way it looks, for sure. Good luck!

Nothing in the rules said I couldnt sell a Ford with a Chevy.

10,000 as a roller.

And for the record, I'll put my "junk" up against what ever you have.

Thanks
Vince
